It’s no secret, we’re steeped in our community. This means more than sharing a table with friends and neighbors. It means giving back and supporting all that Saxapahaw and North Carolina offer. From time to time we brew community and event based beers that support the culture, causes and events taking place around our town and the state.
The Bifurcation Project
An outlet for "creative tweaking" by our brew team, we offer up fun variations on some of our regular year-round beers. An oak-fermented wild Newlin's Original, or a Double Chocolate Habanero St. Benedict's Breakfast, or maybe a "brown gin" barrel-aged Regent's Rye may find its way into bottles. Available in our tasting room in 500mL bottles when available.
We've got a number of friends opening their own breweries here in North Carolina, so every once in awhile, we invite them in before they're ready to open their own doors and brew an awesome beer with them. this gives our audience a little insight into the future of the NC brewery scene, and let's us brew a single batch of something really fun with friends.
Carolina Artisan Series
What better way to celebrate our beloved state than to highlight her cultural icons—the men & women who were born and raised across North Carolina over the years and have made such cultural and artistic impact. Our Carolina Artisan series will honor those individuals and groups with special beers that include ingredients from the artists' hometowns, and will benefit a charity of their choice to plant seeds of creativity for the next generation.
